Description
Savoring a seafood platter facing the sea is one of the pleasures of a holiday in Brittany. To be tasted freshly caught, crustaceans are simply invited from the sea to the plate. A concentrate of iodized flavors to enjoy on the harbor terrace or by the beach.
The ideal seafood platter is made up of cooked crustaceans and raw and cooked shellfish: spider, crab, shrimp, langoustines, oysters, periwinkles, whelks, sea almonds, meadows, clams … The perfect accompaniment? A good rye bread, semi-salted butter and a homemade mayonnaise.
