At this site, beside where Copper was one loaded onto ships, there is direct evidence of secondary mineral staining which has left bright blue and green colours along the slip way. The rocks of the site showcase the interaction between ordovician sedimentary and volcanic rocks. A rare example rhyolite columns can be found here also.
