The Geopark has a rich and diverse musical and artistic scene and is gaining a growing reputation as of Ireland richest music, song and dance destinations, with traditional Irish music perhaps being most renowned in an International arena.  Traditional music is celebrated and showcased all over Ireland with the Geopark being no exception.  Song and dance is a key part of the social fabric of the Geopark, with many being rooted and taking its inspiration from the spectacular landscapes within the Geopark.
